This is a personal account. Randy Lewis, vice president of Walgreens, develops jobs for people with developmental disabilities. His idea to develop these jobs happens after he can see what life is like looking through his son's eyes. His son has autism. He knew many people with disabilities could hold jobs, and even perform better than the average worker, if given the chance. He was their only chance.
